what is an error#-3 in in the installshield manager and why does that keep me from updating my roxio update manger. i went to the installshield website and they say to get a hold of the vendor of your computer, so i called dell they tried to help fix it by a phone consultation,and that did not help. so i dont know what to do about this problem. i dont know alot about this software. any information on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
